Gratitude for a Positive Mindset

We hear about Gratitude practices all the time. Honestly, I didn’t believe they would work. Partially because at times I was in a place that I didn’t see gratitude or I didn’t feel gratitude. For many of my clients there are times in their life that they feel the same. My best advice is to start “small” and look for little things in the present or in the past then build from there.

I had the opportunity to speak with L'Oreal Thompson Payton for Peloton about Gratitude and to dive deeper into the WHY, HOW and Give Exercises to build the practice. Here are 11 Gratitude Exercises to Help You Adopt a More Positive Mindset!

Some days might look like you are thankful for getting out of bed while other days there may be “bigger” things to be grateful for. All are meaningful and all count.

The more we work our gratitude muscle the more we will find it. I love keeping a list in the NOTES section of my phone and an Image Folder on my phone that reminds me of moments, messages, quotes and other things that help me to feel grounded, WHOLE and recognize grateful moments.

If you are feeling stuck and that finding things you are thankful or grateful for is hard, it is OKAY and may be a good time for us to work together. Fill out the form so we can schedule a free 15 minute consult to connect!!
