is a tailored, 6-week course that is ideal for professionals and parents suffering from burnout. You’ll work with Licensed Therapist and Coach, Abbey Sangmeister, in a group setting as she teaches methods to help you slow down, create your ideal calendar, and make space for quiet and reflection. Focusing on seasonal transitions and holiday pressures, the work that you do over these 6 weeks will lead to more time, space, and energy so that you can live your life fulfilled.

The Course

  • The Goal

    You’ll receive education, tangible tools, and tips to identify when and why you’re experiencing burnout, start healing, and how to move forward. Geared towards the transition of the seasons and holidays, you’ll leave this course with renewed coping skills, increased productivity, and a feeling of empowerment to live the life you have been dreaming of.

  • The Workshop

    You’ll join Abbey for weekly group sessions targeting specific aspects and triggers of your burnout. Adding to your busy schedule can seem overwhelming, but Abbey’s gentle and accessible approach to crafting your dream calendar eases you out of burnout so you can thrive. Weekly email check-ins and a complimentary individual session are also included.

  • The Community

    It all begins with you, and ends with a new community. You are not alone in your struggle and this course will provide support alongside the tools necessary to conquer burnout. Your course cohort will work together to share accountability, new ideas, and the reminder that you’re not alone.
