I’m Abbey, your therapist. I help anxious people overcome their repetitive thoughts, constant worry, and feeling paralyzed. In therapy together, we will identify triggers of anxiety or where it all started. We will learn to manage the anxiety so it no longer takes a physical, mental, and emotional toll on you. I may encourage you to use art, music, creative writing, journaling and experiential activities to better help you through the therapy process.

You are living and breathing!  You have found what makes you WHOLE and how to embrace or move out of things that make you HALF. You now embrace feeling perfectly imperfect and are empowered to create a life of fulfillment. You have supportive, deep and meaningful relationships. Your repetitive thoughts have been silenced. You are no longer trapped in the cycle of “What Ifs”. You listen to what your body and mind needs daily. On days when you feel HALF, you still feel and believe you are enough!
